There’s a first time for everything! First Friday is a beginner-friendly pottery wheel try class offered at Rock Clay on the first Friday of every month. This hands-on session is perfect for anyone curious about working on the wheel. You’ll learn the fundamentals of throwing, including wedging clay, centering it on the wheel, and shaping a simple lump of clay into your very first pot. No prior experience needed—just come ready to get a little messy and have fun.
